Unboxing Video is Compulsory:
Important: Please Record Unboxing Video When You Receive Your Watch.
To avoid any confusion or issues like damage, missing item, or theft, we request all customers to make a video while opening the package.
What to show in the video:
The full unboxing from the beginning — do not open the box before recording,
Outer packaging and shipping label,
Watch and all items inside the box,
The video must be taken without any cuts or pause, and everything should be clearly visible.
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept any complaint or claim for damage, missing product, or any issue.
Return Conditions:
1. Unworn and Unused: We ask that all returned watches remain unworn, unused, and unmodified (no engravings, please).
2. Original Packaging: Please return your watch in its original packaging, including all tags attached.
3. No Damage: We can only accept undamaged watches that show no signs of wear.
4. Metal Straps: For watches with metal straps, please ensure that the bracelet and clasp remain unsized, with no links removed. Note that any damages or modifications will incur a restocking fee of

Gifted Items:
1. If you received your watch as a gift, we’re sorry, but we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for these items. The original purchaser will need to handle any return or refund requests.
How to Return:
If you need to make a return, just reach out to our Customer Support Team by emailing us at support@trikkgadgets.com. We’ll get back to you within 3 business days with all the details you need to return your watch. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number, which you’ll need to include in your shipment.
Please remember: If you send back your watch without this authorization number, we won’t be able to process your return.
Shipping Responsibility:
We can’t take responsibility for items lost during return shipping, and we won’t cover return shipping costs unless you receive an incorrect or defective product. Please send all returns to our warehouse.
Refund Details:
Refunds will cover the original cost of your purchase.
