Our 12-month limited warranty ensures your mechanical timepiece operates perfectly. We stand behind our quality craftsmanship.

 

Warranty Coverage

Duration: 12 months from purchase date.

Scope : Watch hands, dial, and mechanical movement.

Remedy : Free repair or replacement of parts.

 

5 ATM Water Resistance Rules

Covered: Light splashing, rain, and showering.

Excluded : Swimming, snorkelling, diving, or water sports.

Action : Always screw down the crown fully.

Hot Water : Steam damages seals and voids warranty.

 

General Exclusions

Wear: Scratches to case, bezel, or crystal.

Straps : Leather, fabric, or rubber strap degradation.

Accidents : Drops, heavy impacts, or crushed cases.

Accuracy : Normal mechanical timekeeping variances (+/- seconds).

Service : Unauthorized third-party repairs void coverage.

 

How to Make a Claim

Shipping Costs

Inbound : Customer pays all incoming shipping fees.

Outbound : We are responsible for the shipping fees once the watch has been repaired.

Liability : We are not responsible for lost packages.

Tracking : You must use a trackable service.

Unboxing Video is Compulsory:

Important: Please Record Unboxing Video When You Receive Your Watch

To avoid any confusion or issues like damage, missing item, or theft, we request all customers to make a video while opening the package.

 

What to show in the video:

The full unboxing from the beginning — do not open the box before recording

Watch and all items inside the box

The video must be taken without any cuts or pause, and everything should be clearly visible.

 

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept any complaint or claim for damage, missing product, or any issue.

 

Return Conditions

1.     Unworn and Unused: We ask that all returned watches remain unworn, unused, and unmodified (no engravings, please).

2.     Original Packaging: Please return your watch in its original packaging, including all tags attached.

3.     No Damage: We can only accept undamaged watches that show no signs of wear.

4.     Metal Straps: For watches with metal straps, please ensure that the bracelet and clasp remain unsized, with no links removed.

We’ll provide you with a return authorization number, which you’ll need to include in your shipment.

Please remember: If you send back your watch without this authorization number, we won’t be able to process your return.

 

Shipping Responsibility

We can’t take responsibility for items lost during return shipping, and we won’t cover return shipping costs unless you receive an incorrect or defective product.
